Free 30 Day Return
Being admirers of craftsmanship and believers in offering the best quality to our customers, we take pride in offering unique merchandise that you would be delighted in purchasing from Eternity Us. However, if you still wish to return what you have brought from us, we will be more than pleased to process your request within 30* days of delivery date (replace, refund or exchange unworn items that you purchased from us). We will also provide a prepaid shipping label for the orders that are placed domestically (one per customer) so that you can return your item without any hassle.
Domestic Returns:
At Eternity Us, we give you an option of free shipping for all the orders placed within US. You can call our customer service executives to initiate a refund. Our contact number is (888) 708-3602, where you can get in touch with one of our sales associate who can assist you with all the information you are going to need to process your return.
International Orders:
If you place an order internationally with us, we will still give you a 30-day return option. However, you will have to bear the shipping costs, duties and VAT / taxes that might be applicable on the return. There is a strict policy of not accepting any C.O.D returns.

The return carrier to use is at the sole discretion of the customer. However, the recommended shipping carriers are UPS and Federal Express.
Terms & Conditions (Domestic & International):
All the returns must be received within 45 days from the delivery date to us.
You must note that the items return must be unworn and undamaged. They must also be in their original boxes and must also have with the original certificates wherever applicable. We will not accept refund/return request if there are scratches or marks on the item or if there is any sign of wear. You must make sure that the product is not altered in any way.
We provide ORIGINAL GIA diamond certificates with our products along with a copy of the original invoice. If you fail to include it with the package, we will not be able to provide a full refund. In such cases, a fee of $100.00 per original certificate with no exceptions.
We will be not responsible for any packages we receive that does not comply with these guidelines.
For payments received by credit card, we will process the refund the same way. Similarly, for bank payments, we will initiate a bank wire refund by company check. It might take 3-5 business days for processing after a return is received.
For Special orders, that include products like custom mountings or jewelry pieces requested by our customers and the ones that are not shown on our website, you will not be able to place a cancellation or refund request.
